SPOT THE TALENTS is a national and global platform dedicated to identifying, recognizing, and promoting Sierra Leonean excellence in sports, entertainment, and education. Inclusion on the SPOT THE TALENTS profile page represents credibility, positive impact, and commitment to personal and national development.
1️⃣ Eligibility
Applicants must meet at least one of the following:
A Sierra Leonean citizen, resident, or member of the Sierra Leonean diaspora
An individual actively engaged in Sports, Entertainment, or Education
Youth, young adults, and adults are eligible
📌 Both emerging and established talents are encouraged to apply.
2️⃣ Complete Profile Submission (Mandatory)
Applicants must submit a fully completed SPOT THE TALENTS profile, including:
* Full name (or approved professional/stage name)
* Age group
* City, district, or country of residence
* Talent sector: Education
Music
Dance
Acting
Fashion
Sports
Entertainment
Rising National Talent
Elite / Mentor or Coach
Community Impact Leader
Company
* Clear profile photo (appropriate and professional)
* Personal statement outlining background, achievements, and future goals
✅ Incomplete profiles will not be reviewed.
3️⃣ Sector-Specific Talent Criteria
🏅 SPORTS
Applicants may include:
* Active participation in local, national, or international sports
* Membership in clubs, academies, schools, or community teams
* Coaching, officiating, or sports development roles
🎭 ENTERTAINMENT
Applicants may include:
* Music, dance, acting, film, media, cultural performance, or comedy
* Public performances, recordings, productions, or recognized work
* Cultural promotion and creative storytelling
🎓 EDUCATION
Applicants may include:
* Academic excellence or educational leadership
* Teaching, mentoring, tutoring, or research
* Educational innovation, advocacy, or youth development initiatives
4️⃣ Proof of Talent or Participation
At least one form of supporting evidence must be provided:
* Certificates, awards, or recognitions (if available)
* Photos or videos of performance, competition, or engagement
* Recommendation from a coach, educator, mentor, or community leader
* School, club, or organization affiliation

Applicants under 18 must provide:
