The Sierra Leone Mixed Martial Arts & Jiu-Jitsu Association (SLMMAJA) is the officially recognized governing body dedicated to the development, regulation, and promotion of Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and Jiu-Jitsu across Sierra Leone.

Our mission is to build a strong, safe, and professional martial arts community by supporting athletes, empowering clubs, and creating pathways for national and international competition. Through discipline, respect, education, and excellence, we use martial arts as a tool for youth empowerment, personal growth, and national representation.

Mohamed Jalloh is a Community Health Officer for GOAL Sierra Leone, promoting health initiatives. He has a background in project management, community development, and sports, holding a BA in Community Development Studies.

Sahid S. Kamara Secretary, an HR expert with a BSc, excels in fostering workplace culture and talent. Passionate about MMA and BJJ, he embodies discipline and teamwork, enhancing his professional skills through martial arts.

Sulaiman Bah

MEDIA MANAGER

Sulaiman Bah is a seasoned media and communications professional with over 23 years of experience in journalism, public relations, and public information management. He currently serves as the Principal Public Relations Officer (PRO) in charge of Media at the House of Parliament of Sierra Leone.

Throughout his distinguished career, he has worked with several reputable institutions, including the Sierra Leone News Agency (SLENA), United Nations Radio, the Ministry of Information as an Information Officer, and the Sierra Leone Broadcasting Corporation (SLBC). His extensive experience has contributed significantly to media development, public communication, and information dissemination in Sierra Leone.

Mr. Bah is passionate about writing and communication, which remain among his greatest interests. He holds a Diploma in Peace and Conflict Studies, a Bachelor's Degree in Development and Economics, and a Master's Degree in Public Relations and Marketing Communication.

With a strong background in media relations, strategic communication, and public engagement, Sulaiman Bah continues to contribute to the advancement of professional journalism and effective public communication in Sierra Leone.
